The relationship that has developed enables us to trial any new development of the product first.
Customers are now seeing the benefit of gravure quality print at flexo prices.
Currently printing work at 175Lpi but new technology will allow print at 250lpi.
The fine screen ruling of dots and smaller dots seen on a LiNX plate makes vignettes with hard edges disappear.
Using 175lpi on LiNX plates means that special colours can be made up with no compromise on quality.
Making special colours up reduces set-up and plate costs.
