Ultimate currently manufactures around 25 million liners a year.

A linear low density polyethylene film was developed to reduce thickness from 22-20 micron.

Many competitors supply liners between 25 and 30 micron.

Tesco liners were reduced from 22-20 micron, saving 40 tonnes of film per annum.

The Ultimate technical team continues to work with our entire customer base to further reduce film thickness specifications.
