Ultimate Packaging is a privately-owned family business formed in 1982.
The shareholders are three brothers: Nigel, Chris and Michael Tonge. Our dynamic board consists of:
- Nigel Tonge - Managing Director
- Chris Tonge - Sales and Marketing Director
- Michael Tonge - Commercial Director
- John Fisher - Production Director
- Jeremy Hodson - Finance Director
Our unique company structure allows for immediate decision making and rapid action. The business is organised with the food retail industry in mind.
The current permanent workforce is 230.
